What this site is
This website describes what we do. Nothing on it is a binding offer, a quotation or professional advice. Prices, timescales and what is included are agreed in writing, case by case, before any work begins.
Using the site
You may read, print and share these pages freely. You may not copy the site to pass it off as your own, harvest it at a scale that burdens the server, or use it to do anything unlawful.
What belongs to whom
The Solarys name, the logo, the texts and the design of this site belong to us. What you send us through the contact form stays yours: we use it only to reply to you.
We cannot promise the site is always up
We keep this site running and try to keep it accurate, but we do not guarantee it will be available without interruption or free of mistakes. If you find something wrong here, tell us and we will fix it.
The limits of our responsibility
So far as the law allows, Solarys is not liable for decisions taken on the basis of information found on this website alone. This does not limit any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and it does not affect the rights you have as a consumer under the law of the country you live in.
Which law applies
These terms are governed by the law of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer in the European Union, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory rules of your own country.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change, this page and the date above are updated. Continuing to use the site after that means the new version applies.
