How we work

Most technology projects fail for the same reason: everyone agrees on the goal, and nobody agrees on what the goal means. We spend the first part of the work removing that ambiguity.

Four steps

  1. Understand

We start from your problem, not from our catalogue. What has to change, who it affects, what happens if nothing is done. If we are not the right people for it, we say so at this stage — and it costs you nothing.

  2. Propose

You get a written proposal: what we will build, in what order, what it costs and what it does not include. A defined scope, not an open meter.

  3. Build in the open

We work in visible steps. You see the result online early and often, and you correct course while correcting is still cheap. Nothing disappears into a black box for three months.

  4. Support

Once it is live, the people who built it are the people who look after it. You get documentation and the keys: staying with us should be a choice, not a trap.

Three things we won't do

  • We won't start building before we have agreed, in writing, what “finished” means.
  • We won't hold your data, your accounts or your domain hostage inside our own systems.
  • We won't quote you for something we don't think you need.

Sounds like how you'd want to work?

Tell us what you're trying to change. The first conversation costs nothing.
